Amber is a Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) graduate. She started as an RBT in 2017 and found a strong passion for helping individuals with challenging behaviors and skills deficits to reach their goals. She obtained her Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis Practice in 2025. In addition to her passion for ABA, she has a deep love for animals and enjoys seeing new places.

I fell in love with ABA after seeing the meaningful differences I was able to make in clients’ lives every day. I am passionate about teaching, building strong relationships with clients and families, and helping others grow within the field. As a lead RBT, I am especially excited to connect with and train future RBTs while continuing to make a positive impact through ABA.
